Holistic Body Massage 60 min session £40
Using traditional Swedish massage techniques, Holistic massage is used to promote relaxation and alleviate muscle pain and tension, it may also help to relieve stress and anxiety.

Swedish Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage 60 min session £40
Holistic massage concentrating on the upper back, shoulder and neck area.
Deep Tissue Massage 60 min session £40
Targets deeper layers of the muscle to breakdown muscle tissues and adhesion's.
Warm Bamboo Massage 60 min session £40
A relatively new massage treatment incorporating the use of warm bamboo to promote relaxation and reduce stress whilst also allowing deeper work to the muscle layers. Wonderfully warming, this treatment has been a firm favourite with many for the treatment of muscular tension along with muscular aches and pains. * Not suitable for the pregnant client. Thai Stretch Massage 60 min session £40
Originating in Northern Thailand, this treatment is wonderfully relaxing, it has strong emphasis on stretch and physical manipulation and incorporated elements of Swedish massage and acupressure to relieve muscular tension. Thai Stretch Massage works along the energy lines throughout the body using a combination of techniques. Carried out on the massage couch and with clients clothed, the treatment is particularly good for lower back, hip and leg issues.

Stone Therapy Massage 60 min session £45
The use of hot basalt stones and traditional massage techniques to help treat, relieve and prevent physical discomfort. Stone massage therapy originated in America in 1993 and is becoming an increasingly popular form of complementary therapy. *Not suitable for the pregnant client. Reflexology 45 min session £35
Reflexology is a complementary therapy which treats the body as a whole - body, mind and spirit, through the use of traditional massage techniques and reflex points across the feet and hands. Reflexology encourages relaxation and stimulation throughout to enable the body to be brought into balance.
Indian Head Massage 60 min session £40
Based on the ayuverdic system of healing originating from India, IHM concentrates on the upper back, neck, shoulders, head and face to relieve muscle tension, stress and fatigue to leave the client feeling calm and relaxed. Treatments carried out in seated position or on the treatment couch.
Rejuvenating Face Massage 30 min session £25
A relaxing treatment using holistic massage techniques and acupressure points over the face and neck. Designed to boost circulation and nourish the facial muscles and tissues, this treatment helps improve skin condition and tone whilst also promoting relaxation.
Reiki 30 min session £25
Reiki is a Japanese technique used for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered through the ‘laying on of hands’ and the use of life force energy. Reiki is carried out on the treatment couch or in a seated position.
Pregnancy Treatments
The following therapies are designed for the pregnant client and are suitable for women after the first trimester of pregnancy.
Pregnancy Massage 60 min session £40
Pregnancy massage can be of benefit to both mother and baby. Pregnancy can put pressure on women’s joints, ligaments and organs and often causes discomfort and pain. Massage in pregnancy has been designed to try and help alleviate the aches and pains associated to pregnancy and reduce feelings of stress/anxiety through the promotion of relaxation. Through the use of traditional massage techniques the treatment has been designed to ensure the ultimate comfort of the client and a positive relaxing experience. Treatments are carried out in a side-lying position and last up to an 1hr.

Eastern Influence Pamper Treatment - £80
Enjoy a combination of therapies designed to work across the energy lines of the body to help release tension and promote relaxation on both a physical and emotional level. Start with a Reflexology treatment on the feet before moving into the Thai Stretch and finish with a Rejuvenating Face Massage. This two hour treatment is gentle and calming, working on mind and body.

Indulge in a reflexology treatment designed to promote relaxation and rebalance the body through the use reflex points across the feet followed by a wonderfully relaxing face and scalp massage to promote a sense of calm and wellbeing (60 min session)
Cancellation Policy ~ Non Attendance
24 hours notice is required for the cancellation of all appointments. Less than 24 hours notice or non attendance will incur a charge of the full treatment price to be paid within 48 hrs. Appropriate notice allows your appointment to be offered to other clients, especially if there is a waiting list. Your cooperation in this, is very much appreciated and shows your respect and support for my business.
Covid 19 & Sickness
The following Guidelines are in place to keep both client & therapist as safe as possible. Please help do your bit by adhering to the advice. I thank you for your continuing support and look forward to seeing you in the treatment room
* If you are unwell in any way or are displaying symptoms associated to Covid-19 such as a temperature, persistent cough or loss/change of taste or smell, please stay at home. Please contact me to rearrange your appointment.
* There are stringent infection control measures in place, the treatment room will be cleaned between each client and at the start and finish of each day. Each client will have clean linen/sheets and sterile equipment.
* As always there will be a 30 min gap between each client, please arrive 'on time' for your appointment, on your own and bring only what you need.
